New Artist Featured on YTA ~ Kaylee Rutland

Singer and guitarist, Kaylee Rutland grew up in Texas and is a contemporary country singer.

In 2014, Billboard Magazine listed Kaylee as one of the artists to watch in its 10 Country Artists to Watch list. Incidentally, this list also included Lucy Hale of Pretty Little Liars fame.

Kaylee first fell in love with singing at the age of 8 years old, and by her teens she was writing her own songs. She lists Reba, Carrie Underwood and Sara Evans as her biggest inspirations over the years.

A particularly fun video to watch on Kaylee's YouTube channel is House Party (Sam Hunt), which she covered with Celeste Kellogg, & Jessica Rose.

New Band Featured on YTA ~ Hunter and Tara

Hunter and Tara are singers Hunter Ney and Tara Kuiper

They have only been uploading videos together since 28th Aug 2016. Up until that point all the videos uploaded were of just Hunter.

Hunter also plays piano, guitar and ukelele, and Tara also plays guitar, to compliment their vocals.

They have some great videos up of Hunter when he was a solo artist and of the pair of them working together, so be sure to stop by their YouTube channel to check them out.

Upgrade your Instagram to a Business Profile

Have you changed your Instagram account from a regular one to a business one yet?

I screenshot every new artist that follows me or likes a post, as a means of finding them again in the future to feature them on YTA, but now that they can use the contact button and drop me a message quickly and easily, and more artists are doing that as time goes on, I now have visual reminders in my email of artists to check out, which means they don't end up getting buried among the many screenshots, which makes life easier for me, and increases their chance of getting featured.

Spotify Playlist - 'This Is: YouTube Artists' [Updated]

[Updated to reflect changes]

With 2,876 songs which is about 6 days of play time (at the time of writing), you might wonder who is actually in the playlist to make it be so big.

Well, the answer is, lots (and I mean lots) of artists. All of which are listed on the YTA website.

It's even possible that I might of missed some out. Hardly any artists post links to their Spotify artist page, meaning I have to search for them, and it is possible that I might not of found everybody.

New Featured Artist on YTA ~ Holly Henry

Holly Henry, (her real name is Holly Mae Heinrich), is from Florida, America and plays guitar and piano.

Coming from a musical household, (Holly's father plays various instruments and has been writing songs for a long time), Holly first caught the public’s ear as a contestant on season five of The Voice.

Holly only writes songs when she feels the urge to, she doesn't purposely set out to write one, and uses her life as a basis for inspiration, amongst other things.

She believes in being unique and original, rather than trying to model herself on other artists.

First Featured Artist of 2017 ~ Beck Martin

Beck Martin is a singer from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

Relatively new to YouTube, she only has a few uploads right now, but did state in the description on her first video that she hoped to upload weekly, and hopefully that does happen at some point.

Other than that I know nothing about Beck, (Beck is short for Rebecca by the way).

I also couldn't find any more liks for her other than the ones I have listed below.
